Weatherguard had provided us with AWFUL service and buyer beware with this company. They have managed to squeek by doing only the bare minimun and don't follow up with you when you have valid concerns. We were told we are crazy and don't know what we're talking about. They prey upon homeowners who do not know much about roof installation. I would speak with your local inspector before contracting and watch, and document all that they do!!!!!
Weatherguard construction is HORRENDOUS!!!My roof has had 3 leaks in the last 2 yrs and now have water damage showing up in two more areas in the kids bedroom !! They DENY ANY wrong doing on their part. I have had 5 different roofing co.'s here and everyone of them can't believe what a TERRIBLE,CHEAP job they did. My only recourse is to sue them to pay for all my ceiling repairs I've had to incure with 2 more showing up. STAY FAR,FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!
we had a claims specialist KEN KLAR from this company come by our house on Sat to tell us we had hail damage to our roof...he checked it out and had my husband conviced we need a new roof.....our insurance come out today and found NO DAMAGE AND NO REPAIRS NEED TO OUR ROOF......
HE IS A RIP OFF ARTIST....DONT LET HIM NEAR YOUR HOUSE.........
There are several things I like to brought to people. BE CAREFUL with this WheatherGurad. 1). The company have not completed the job properly, left shingles in gutters, causing damage to gutter resulting problem in the winters. Gutters are damages causing overflow and snow and huge icicles to hang of during winter. also did not patch the hole as agreed. when calling for this matter. no call back or response from the company. very ignorant... The company has very bad customer service on any kind of follow-up and returning call to customer. not standing behind their work...... take my advise and find a reputable company to do the work... This company will scam you then put a lien on your property...
